I tried to put in the survey number and it didn’t work so I tried to put in the store number and ticket number and it said based on my information they could not go any further and would not let me back onto the website I have to say the Ottawa KFC is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in my whole life the manager Heather was rude and just disregarded my order I drove 30 minutes to pick up an order I called in and when I got here she said she didn’t think that I wanted it and it would be another 35 minutes if I wanted it never again will I go to KFC In Ottawa Il

  4. i was at the kfc in lex. va. and i was very disapointed in my 5.00 fill up i ask for a brest reg. and it was ext. crispy and it was so little i though i had a leg it was not good and i go their all the time. i was their fri. march 4th 2018
